About the Cover

Cover Figure

Cover picture: Isolation of basal cells from the epididymis. Segregated epithelial cells are incubated with TRPC3 antibody, which targets only basal cells. The anti-TRPC3-labelled basal cells are captured by Dynabeads tagged with a secondary antibody, and the Dynabead-coated cells are separated from principal cells using a magnetic stand. Basal cells are then cleared from the Dynabeads using trypsin (see article by Cheung et al., 443-454).
